Interestingly, whilst annual price growth for the City of Edinburgh is shown at 5.2% further investigation has shown one of the leading performers to be City Centre 1 bedroom flats which have returned an annual price growth of 8.4%. City Centre 1 bedroom flats have long been recommended by ourselves as ideal buy to let investments due to a combination of capital growth and strong rental yields.
